The forged German stainless steel runs the full length of the knife making it well balanced from the tip to the tang. The dual riveted handle provides comfort and ease of grip. A good Paring Knife is ideal for when control is paramount. Its small stature makes it easy to maneuver and features a plain edge with a sharply pointed tip that is ideal for peeling fruits and vegetables or deveining shrimp. This comfortable and sturdy knife is perfect for everyday use and especially where finesse is required.
