- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

The Elevation 42" Direct Vent Fireplace from Napoleon
The foundation of our gas fireplace offerings, our Elevation 42 Direct Vent Gas Fireplace, features our hand-painted split oak log set that shows off the fire from every angle. This fireplace is customizable with decorative backer panel offerings and finishing trim kits in black, charcoal, gunmetal, and copper. Include the optional UHM (Universal Heat Management) to increase your comfort. UHM is a passive heat management system that circulates the heat throughout your room to ensure increased comfort when making memorable moments in front of your fireplace.
