The Lynx Napoli Oven is a passport to another realm of outdoor cuisine. It can elicit the aromas of a rustic apple cake, rosemary braised lamb shanks, or a basil pesto flatbread. Finish your grilled salmon’s garlic sesame sauce into a shimmering glaze.

The oven can be built into your kitchen or placed on a countertop or freestanding cart. The Napoli Oven is capable of baking at 700°F, and hides an authentic refractory mortar dome beneath its elegant exterior. Impressive in beauty and function, the Napoli will broaden your bill of fare.

With the capacity to bake a 18 inch pie, the inside hosts a specially formulated concrete heat-retaining dome and 400 square inch cooking surface which is perfect for the high heat demanded. The variable infrared heating system is designed to quickly preheat to 700 degrees Fahrenheit, saving energy. The front door seals the pizza oven closed, focusing the heat on the pizza. Unique in the industry, the cooking surface pulls forward for easy access to last minute topping adjustments or pizza removal. Night-time pizza baking is no issue with blue LED control knob illumination and interior halogen light. The outside is made of stylish and sturdy stainless steel with hand-polished mirrored edges for a professional, yet fun, look. The following oven parts are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal domestic use and service, for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase; manifolds, gas valves and refractory dome and base. All other oven components are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal domestic use and service, for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. For a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, Lynx will replace or repair parts found to be defective at no cost to the original purchaser. This includes the cost of shipping replacement parts and, where necessary, service labor at prevailing local rates by a Lynx authorized service person.
