Do you install what you sell?
Yes. Our own team installs and services fireplaces, inserts, gas logs, mantels, outdoor kitchens, fire pits and pizza ovens in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester, plus Hudson, Union, Essex and Bergen counties in NJ and Greenwich and Stamford, CT. Can I see products in person?
Yes. Our Queens showroom at 58-30 Maspeth Ave has 147+ live displays. Hours are Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm and Sat 10am to 3pm. Call ahead if you want to see a specific model. Our Long Island showroom in Greenvale opens Winter 2026.
How much is shipping and how fast does it ship?
Orders over $999 get free local delivery by our own team across NYC, Long Island, Westchester, northern NJ and Greenwich/Stamford, and free shipping to most of the contiguous US (a few brands are excluded west of Missouri). Smaller orders ship at a flat rate of $19.95 to $99.95. Items marked to ship within 1 day do so on business days. See our shipping policy.
What is your return policy?
New, unused, unassembled items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee. Shipping costs are deducted unless the return is due to our error. See our refund policy for details.
Will I keep the full manufacturer warranty?
Yes. We are a factory-authorized dealer for every brand on our site. Manufacturers can deny warranty claims on products bought from unauthorized sellers.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Shop Pay at checkout to split eligible purchases into monthly payments, subject to approval.
