Free Local Delivery by our own team and trucks on all orders over $999*. (includes 5 Boroughs/Nassau/Suffolk/Westchester/Hudson/
Union/Essex/Bergen/Stamford/Greenwich) 
*excludes ethanol fuel delivery

Orders over $999 outside our delivery area will ship free within the contiguous United States via common carrier or freight.  If you are located in the Western US (West of Missouri) some brands are excluded from free shipping, you will be notified at checkout if this is the case.  Certain brands or specific products are limited by the manufacturer for sale within our designated dealer territory (i.e.  Outdoor Kitchen Islands, pizza accessories, GMG, Infratech) you will be notified at checkout if this is the case. 

Anything under $999 ships at a flat rate price, $19.95-$99.95

Items that are marked to ship within 1 day will do so excluding weekends/holidays when our warehouse is closed. Local orders will be put into our delivery schedule to be delivered by our team.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order, our showroom and warehouse is alerted to hold the stock and prepare it for shipment. Due to our physical showroom location having live traffic, although rare, an item that shows in stock could have been sold that same day. If this happens, we will alert you immediately through email or phone on the projected lead time. If you decide not to wait, we will simply void the pre-authorization and cancel the order. To avoid this from happening, you can call us 877-692-3765 or message our live chat for real-time inventory. 

Freight Service 

If you fall outside of our delivery zone and freight is required, your items will ship via tractor-trailer in the Contiguous United States. Orders shipped with freight are limited to curbside delivery. The driver and truck must have reasonable access to the end of your driveway. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional shipping fees and you will be notified with a quote before shipping with the option to cancel.

If a free lift gate is noted on your order, the driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but you will be responsible for bringing it where it needs to be put on your property. For products that exceed lift gate requirements, you will need to make arrangements for the item(s) to be lifted off the truck. These specialty items will not be noted as a free lift gate on your order.

The shipping company will contact you ahead of time to schedule delivery. Please provide a convenient phone number at the time of check out in order to ensure prompt delivery of your order. Missing your designated appointment could result in a re-delivery fee. An adult must be home at the time of delivery.

Once your order is off the truck, the driver will give you time to inspect your package. You are responsible to check the exterior packaging. If there is visible damage to the outside crate, box, or product you will need to note the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) that the driver will give to you to sign. If you sign for the delivery without noting visible damage, the shipping company is released from any responsibility for the damage.

Shipping Time

In stock items shipped with Standard Shipping takes between 5-7 transit days to arrive. It is not uncommon for you to receive each item separately as items often ship from different warehouses.

You will receive an email with an estimated shipping time within 2 business days of your order. This will include the estimated time for out of stock items. 

Please Note: Some of our items are “Made to Order”. The ships-within time on those items may also include the manufacturing time.

Items will not be delivered on holidays.

International Shipping

Our team can assist in coordinating pick-up from our showroom with your chosen courier or shipper. Order payment must be in cash or via certified bank check. Please note that we do not endorse any specific shipper; it is your responsibility to arrange. You can easily find a shipper in our area using a simple search with our zip code 11378.
