The Baron 590 Grill has five Dual-Tube™ burners made of strong stainless steel. These burners produce 45,000 BTUs of heat, ensuring your grill gets hot fast and stays hot. The tube-in-tube design spreads the flames evenly, so your food cooks perfectly without cold spots.

Grilling is about more than just heat—it’s about flavor. The Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system catches drippings from your food and turns them into flavorful smoke. This adds a delicious barbecue flavor to everything you cook while also keeping your burners protected from grease.

The cooking grates on this grill are made of thick 8mm stainless steel, which helps them hold heat and cook food evenly. With 570 square inches of primary cooking space plus a 250-square-inch warming rack, there’s plenty of room to grill for family and friends.

The 15,000 BTU rotisserie burner at the back of the grill is made for slow, even cooking. It comes with a high-quality premium rotisserie kit, so you can roast chicken, pork, or even a turkey for juicy, flavorful results.

The Linear-Flow™ valves with 180° Sensi-Touch™ control knobs let you fine-tune the heat with precision. Whether you need a high sear or a low-and-slow roast, you have full control over your cooking temperature.

The grill is built with a tough stainless steel hood, strong cast aluminum end caps, and a Therma-Cast™ aluminum cook box. These materials help keep heat inside the grill for better cooking while also standing up to outdoor weather for years of use.

The Accu-Temp™ thermometer on the lid helps you keep track of your cooking temperature, so your food comes out just the way you like it.

Love grilling in the evening? The built-in control panel lights make it easy to adjust temperatures even when it’s dark outside.

This grill has an enclosed cabinet where you can store grilling tools, spices, and accessories. The stainless steel shelves fold down when you need extra space. Plus, the four heavy-duty locking swivel casters make moving the grill simple while keeping it stable when in use.

You can get this grill in either propane or natural gas. The propane version works with a standard 20lb tank (not included), while the natural gas version comes with a 10ft hose that connects to your home’s gas supply.

Warranty

Broil King offers a limited lifetime warranty on the cookbox, while the stainless steel burners and Flav-R-Wave™ system are covered for 10 years. Other parts and paint are covered for 2 years. Labor not included.
