The 18,000 BTU ceramic infrared top burner with salamander placement is perfect for rotisserie. Laser DiamondCut stainless steel cooking grates provide 653 sq. in. primary and 236 sq. in. secondary cooking area. All-stainless-steel Steeletto Hestan signature finish.
