Description
Broilmaster's 32-inch griddle head, built to drop into a masonry or non-combustible island. Two stainless U-burners put 36,000 BTU under 462 square inches of fully welded flat top — smash burgers, breakfast for a crowd, fajitas and fried rice, the things a grate cannot do.
- Two 18,000 BTU stainless U-burners — 36,000 BTU under a fully welded flat top, with independent control so one half can run hot while the other holds.
- 462 square inches of welded flat top — a single continuous surface with a backsplash and a drip trough, not a plate laid over grates.
- Stainless lid — closes over the cooking surface to keep weather and debris off the seasoned steel.
- Flame Thrower ignition and control panel lights, standard.
- Slide-out drip tray — grease pulls straight out without dismantling anything.
- Ships with the opposite-gas conversion kit in the box.
