The Viking Professional FGNI515 custom-panel ice machine provides up to 80 pounds of chewable, Sonic style, nugget ice in 24 hours and stores up to 26 pounds of ice. A water quality sensor monitors the main ingredient, so ice cubes are always crystal clear, scoop after scoop. The ice slowly melts in the storage bin and drains away, making room for fresh cubes. This process prevents cubes from clumping and sticking together. Only pure water freezes in the inverted copper system, creating completely tasteless and odorless ice. A slow-melting cube shape also ensures undiluted flavor in drinks. This ice machine is great for outdoor use in most weather conditions with the insulated electrical terminals, sealed electrical contacts, and water-resistant thermostat. The LED control panel includes a time to clean alert to ensure optimum operation. The interior also has an LED light for visibility and easy scooping. An interior light enhances visibility and the self-closing door features a 90 degree stop option for easy ice access. Illuminated controls include a check water and time-to-clean alert so you can be sure ice is always available and sparkling fresh. This 15-inch custom panel ice maker does not come with a front, so you can have your appliance match your existing cabinetry or a stainless steel door panel to match other stainless appliances.
