- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

Engineered with direct vent technology, this fireplace efficiently removes 100% of combustion exhaust and odors, ensuring cleaner indoor air. Its sealed design provides optional heat distribution while promoting energy efficiency. Equipped with an IntelliFire Touch ignition system, it continuously monitors ignition performance for safe and reliable operation.

Available Heat Distribution Kits:
- Adjacent Room Heat Distribution: Includes fan, 20ft of 6" round duct, vent, wall adapter, and on/off control.
- Heat Out Kit: Includes termination cap, 25ft of 6" round duct, fireplace adapter, damper, wall switch, and 350 CFM fan at termination.
- Home Heat Distribution Kit (via home furnace air handler): Includes fan, 20ft of 6" round duct, vent, adapter, and adjustment control.
- Smart Wall TV Kit: Allows TV installation 12" above the fireplace without a mantel or shelf. Includes fan, 20ft of 6" round duct, vent register, ACM, and IFT-RC400 remote. (Blower cannot be used with this kit.)
- Passive Heat Kit: Naturally disperses heat into the room without a fan, reducing surface temperatures. Choose between front-facing linear vents or side vents. (Blower cannot be used with this kit.)
⚠ Important: If ordering lights or a fan, the IntelliFire Remote Control (IFT-RC400) is required.
