The Delta Heat 38-Inch 3-Burner Built-In Gas Grill (DHBQ38) is a welded 304 stainless steel head built in California by the Twin Eagles team at Dometic. It is for the buyer who wants a full-width built-in grill with ceramic briquette cooking and three U-burners. Choose the conventional G model, the R with a rear infrared rotisserie burner, or the RS with an added infrared sear zone.

Installation Notes
Outdoor use only. Keep the grill at least 12 inches (18 recommended) from combustible construction on the sides and back, and never under an unprotected combustible roof or pergola. Combustible islands need the insulating jacket. The lights need a grounded 120V outlet, and the regulator converts between natural gas and propane but conversion should be done by a qualified gas technician. Natural gas must be connected by a licensed professional; in New York City that means a licensed master plumber under permit. Propane cylinders are restricted in many NYC buildings, so confirm what is allowed at your property before choosing propane. What is the difference between the G, R and RS models?

Per Delta Heat: lifetime on the stainless steel main burners and fabricated stainless housing (residential use); 15 years on the stainless steel grates; 5 years on briquette trays and gas valves; 2 years on all other components; 1 year full parts and labor on the whole grill. Multi-user settings receive 90 days; commercial food service is excluded.
