Whether you’re cooking Neapolitan pizza, roasting vegetables or smoking meat, the Dome Mantel makes moving food in or out of the oven simple.

Safely rotate pans, check your dish, or keep sides warm through resting them in the doorway - the Mantel forms an extension of the oven designed for convenience.

Easily bolting on to the oven, the Mantel is made from ceramic coated 201 stainless steel for extra heat and scratch resistance.

Does the Mantel require assembly? The mantel will arrive in two pieces and you will need to assemble this using a few nuts and bolts. This should only take a few minutes and full details of the assembly process can be found in the manual provided.

Will the Dome Cover still fit over the oven with the mantel in position on the Dome?  No, the Cover is not large enough to cover the mantel as-well, so the mantel will need to be removed and stored indoors after use if using the cover on the oven.  

What do I use it for? The Dome Mantel extends your workspace at the front of the oven. This helps to rotate your pizza with ease and rest your food – keeping it warm without overcooking. 

How heavy is it? The Mantel weighs approx 2.6kg/ 5.75 lbs.  

What are the product materials? The Dome Mantel is made of ceramic coated, high-pressure die cast aluminium with a 304 stainless steel scratch guard.  

How much weight can the mantel take? The mantel can take a max of 10kg. Overloading this could cause the oven to become unstable. 

What warranty does the Dome Mantel come with?  The Dome mantel comes with a 1 year warranty as standard

Will the mantel get hot? Yes, the mantel will get hot when in use. We recommend exercising caution when using and consider heatproof gloves when manoeuvring hot pans. Do not attempt to remove the mantel when hot or a live flame is present.

Can I use the mantel with the door in place?  Yes the mantel can be used with the door, it sits slightly under the level of the floor of the oven, to ensure that it doesn't reduce the cooking height available.

How do I clean the mantel? We would recommend using a damp cloth and non-caustic spray, bleach free cleaning spray to remove any stubborn marks. Always ensure you have dried this with paper towels once cleaned. The mantel is not dishwasher safe and should be hand cleaned only.  

Can I use it with wood and gas?  Yes the mantel can be used with either fuel sources when firing up.
