Modern Flames products are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase, during which period parts will be supplied or the product will be replaced free of charge. Labor is covered for one (1) year from date of purchase. Limited warranty requires proof of purchase of the product. This warranty does not cover consumable items such as bulbs and fuses which have a limited lifespan. This warranty does not cover product that has been altered in any way or that has been installed incorrectly.

The Landscape Series by Modern Flames is the first of its kind in built-in electric fireplaces. The 120-inch Landscape Electric Fireplace features a frameless design, which allows for edge to edge flame visibility and makes this fireplace the perfect substitute for a linear gas fireplace. The fireplace includes standard coal ember media and a 4-piece trim kit. In addition, it also comes with a remote control, touch screen that mounts on the wall, and a two stage heater for supplemental heat up to 450 square feet. An optional Driftwood Log Set or Contemporary Glass Ember Kit is available to be purchased separately.
