The Blaze 6 ft Outdoor Kitchen Island with the Premium LTE+ Marine Grade 32-Inch Grill pairs Blaze's ready-to-assemble 304 stainless steel island with a grill head built from 316L stainless steel, the grade chosen for salt air and coastal exposure. It suits coastal homes, or anyone who wants a finished outdoor kitchen without masonry or framing. The island assembles with a Phillips screwdriver, sits on leveling feet, and gives you a vented tank cabinet, trash pull-out, and four soft-close drawers around a 66,000 BTU grill.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

Installation Notes

Outdoor use only, and not approved for boats or RVs. Propane models run from a 20 lb tank stored in the center cabinet. Natural gas models need a hard gas line run by a licensed plumber; in New York City that connection must be made by a licensed master plumber under permit. Blaze specifies 14 inches of side clearance and 16 inches of rear clearance to combustibles, 6 feet from countertop to any overhead structure, and a vent hood (Blaze recommends at least 1,000 CFM) when cooking under a roof. The island is all stainless, so no insulated jacket is needed. We assemble and connect Blaze islands across NYC, Long Island, Westchester, and New Jersey; schedule a design consultation if you want the gas and power planned for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the whole island marine grade?

No. The grill head is 316L marine grade stainless steel. The island cabinet is 304 stainless steel, the same cabinet Blaze uses with its standard LTE+ grill.

Can this island be used on a boat or dock?

Blaze states the grill is not approved for boats or RVs. It is approved for multi-user and commercial settings such as marinas and hotels, installed on land.

Do I need a contractor to assemble it?

No. It assembles with a Phillips screwdriver and a helper. A licensed plumber is still needed for a natural gas hookup.

Warranty

Blaze Limited Lifetime Warranty on the island. On the grill, lifetime parts coverage on the main burners, cooking grids, body, flame tamers, heat zone separators, warming rack, and valves; 1 year parts coverage on ignition, electronics, and lighting. Register within 30 days of purchase. Labor and shipping on warranty parts are not covered, and surface rust or discoloration is excluded unless structural integrity is lost.
