It ships as a kit and assembles with a Phillips screwdriver on leveling feet, so there is no masonry or framing. It suits a homeowner who wants a finished, upscale grill station on a deck or patio in a weekend.

Installation Notes

Outdoor use only. Use a two person lift for the grill. Keep 18 inches of side and rear clearance to combustible material and do not place the island under combustible overhead construction; under a non-combustible roof Blaze calls for 72 inches of clearance and a vent hood of at least 1,000 CFM. Natural gas connections should be made by a licensed plumber; in New York City that means a licensed master plumber under permit, and propane tank storage and use are restricted, so confirm your fuel with us before ordering. We deliver and install Blaze islands across NYC, Long Island, Westchester and New Jersey; book a design consultation to plan placement, gas and power.
