The Blaze BCM 32 in is a 4-burner built-in natural gas grill for an outdoor kitchen island, and it is the most affordable way into Blaze's built-in line without giving up cast stainless burners. 4 cast stainless steel burners at 14,000 BTU each deliver 56,000 BTU across a 29-1/2 x 18 in cooking grid, with 4 independent zones so one side can sear while the other holds. Push N' Turn FlameThrower ignition needs no power circuit, and Blaze backs the burners, grates, body and valves for life.

Installation Notes

Blaze grills are outdoor-only appliances and must sit in a non-combustible enclosure; if the island frame or finish is combustible, Blaze requires its insulated jacket. Keep 18 in to combustibles at the sides and back, 72 in overhead with a vent hood, and cut a 1 in air gap in the front face below the controls. Ventilate the island cavity so leaked gas cannot collect.

Natural gas and propane installations must be completed by a qualified gas installer for the warranty to apply. In New York City, a fixed natural gas line requires a licensed master plumber and a DOB permit.

What cutout does the BCM 32 need?

30-5/8 in W x 21-1/4 in D x 8-1/2 in H, plus a 1 in air gap in the front face of the island below the control panel.

Do I need an insulated jacket?

Only if the island is built with any combustible material. In a fully non-combustible masonry or steel island the grill drops straight in.

Does it need electricity?

No. The Push N' Turn FlameThrower ignition works without a power circuit.

Can it be converted to the other fuel?

Yes. The manual includes orifice and regulator conversion steps, which must be performed by a licensed gas professional.

Warranty

Blaze warrants the main burners, grill grates, body and valves for life (parts only), with lifetime coverage on the flame stabilizers; ignition, lighting and electrical parts are covered for one year, parts only. Coverage is for the original owner at the original installation site, residential use only, and does not include labor, shipping or diagnostic charges. Installation by a qualified gas installer is required for the warranty to apply; register the grill with Blaze after purchase.
