The Summerset 30 in. Beverage Center (BC-30L) drops into the island countertop as a complete bar station: a 40 lb ice compartment, a 15 in. sink with faucet, a speed rail with condiment trays, a towel holder and a built-in bottle opener, all in #304 stainless steel.
Blue LED front panel lighting makes it easy to find at night, and it matches the look of Summerset grills and access doors.

Cut the countertop to about 28-1/4 in. wide and 23-3/8 in. deep with 10 in. of clearance below, and plan the cold water line and drain inside the island before the counter is set; confirm the cutout against the unit before cutting stone. In New York City, outdoor kitchens on terraces and rooftops are regulated by the FDNY and the Department of Buildings, and water and drain lines must be run by a licensed plumber, so we review the space before quoting. Book a design consultation to plan the island, water and drain.
