The Blaze LTE PRO 40-Inch (BLZ-5LTEPRO) is a five-burner built-in grill head with a 10,000 BTU rear burner, rotisserie kit and two meat probes in the box. Thick 12 mm hex grates, a digital surface temperature readout and a taller firebox make it a strong value for a large outdoor kitchen island that cooks for a crowd. - Required: a gas supply sized for 80,000 BTU with shutoff, and a 15 A GFCI-protected outlet for the lighting transformer
- Optional: LTE PRO 40 built-in grill cover, Blaze infrared searing burner (BLZ-IR), smoker box and 10 ft natural gas hose with quick disconnect
Installation Notes
Blaze requires 18 inches of clearance to combustible construction at the sides and back, 4 inches to non-combustible construction, and an insulated jacket if the island itself is combustible. Do not install under combustible overhead construction. Gas piping must meet the National Fuel Gas Code and local code, and in New York City the gas connection must be made by a licensed master plumber under permit; propane cylinders are restricted in many NYC buildings. Yes. Blaze lists the rotisserie kit and two meat probes as included with the LTE PRO 40.
Do I need an insulated jacket?
Only if the island is built with combustible materials. Blaze requires its insulated jacket in that case.

Does it need electricity?
