The Blaze Premium LTE+ 30 inch built-in griddle (BLZ-GRIDDLE-LTE3) drops into an outdoor kitchen island to add a flat-top for breakfasts, smash burgers, fajitas and vegetables beside the grill. Blaze's LTE+ update brings knobs that glow red when gas is flowing, a drop-in drip trough, leveling screws and a double-walled lid on cushioned dampers. Choose natural gas or propane.

Installation Notes
Blaze requires a non-combustible enclosure for this griddle, 18 in from combustible materials at the sides and back, and 72 in overhead with a vent hood; it is an outdoor appliance and must not be installed indoors or in an enclosed area. Keep the gas supply, regulator and shutoff accessible for service. In New York City, gas piping requires a licensed master plumber and a DOB permit, and propane cylinders are restricted by the FDNY. Warranty
Per the Blaze griddle manual and current listing: lifetime limited warranty on the stainless steel components including the housing, burners, valves and cooking surface, and one year on electrical and ignition components. The griddle must be registered within 30 days for the warranty to apply.
