The Blaze Premium LTE+ 30 inch Griddle (BLZ-GRIDDLE-LTE3) on its matching BLZ-GRIDDLE-CART-SC2 cart is a freestanding flat-top for smash burgers, breakfasts, fried rice and anything that falls through grill grates. Two burners sit under a reinforced 27 x 17-3/4 inch cooking surface with leveling screws, a drop-in drip trough and a double-walled lid. It suits a family that grills often and wants a second cooking surface beside the main grill.

- Propane: a 20 lb cylinder and LP regulator at 11 in w.c. Natural gas: a gas supply with the supplied regulator at 4 in w.c., connected by a qualified installer
Installation Notes
Outdoor use only. Keep 18 in to combustible construction and never use it under combustible overhead construction; under a non-combustible roof, keep 72 in clear with a vent hood whose fan sits 36 in above the cooking surface. Set the cart on a level surface. Natural gas connections should be made by a qualified installer; in New York City gas piping needs a licensed master plumber and permit, and propane cylinders are restricted on many terraces and rooftops. Warranty
Blaze provides a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects on stainless steel components, valves and burners, and one year on electrical and ignition components. The griddle must be registered with Blaze within 30 days for the warranty to apply.
