The Blaze Premium LTE+ Power Burner (BLZ-PBLTE3-NG / BLZ-PBLTE3-LP) is a 60,000 BTU built-in dual ring burner for an outdoor kitchen: a 25,000 BTU inner ring and a 35,000 BTU outer ring on separate controls, so it can hold a simmer or bring a stockpot to a boil far faster than a grill side burner. At 15-3/4 in wide it takes little counter space. It matches the lighting and styling of Blaze Premium LTE+ grills.

Installation Notes
Set the burner on the lip of its frame in a non-combustible island opening no larger than the outside frame. Keep the clearances listed above. Vent the island cavity: low vents for propane, high vents for natural gas. A qualified installer is required by Blaze, and the gas connection must have an accessible shutoff valve.
In New York City, gas piping to an outdoor kitchen must be installed by a licensed master plumber under a permit, and propane cylinders are restricted on the terraces and rooftops of most multiple dwellings, so most city installations use natural gas.

Can I use a wok on it?
Yes. Lift out the 9 in center ring of the cooking grid and set the wok in the opening.
Can I convert between natural gas and propane?
Order the fuel you will use. Fuel-specific models are sold separately; any conversion must follow the Blaze manual and be done by a qualified technician.
Does it need an insulated jacket?
Only in an island built from combustible materials. In a masonry or steel-stud island with non-combustible board, no jacket is needed.

Warranty
Blaze covers the burners, burner grate, body and lid, and valves for life, and the ignition, electronic and lighting systems for 1 year, parts only, for the original owner at the original site. Labor and shipping are the owner's responsibility, discoloration and surface rust are excluded, a qualified installer is required, and the product must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
