The Bromic Platinum Smart-Heat Electric 208V heaters are the versions of Bromic's slim Platinum electric line built for 208V service, which is common in New York City apartment buildings, commercial spaces and restaurants. Choose 2300, 3400 or 4500 W in black or white; all three share the ultra-thin stainless body and mount on a wall or ceiling, or recess with Bromic's kits. It is the right Platinum when your panel delivers 208V rather than 240V.

Installation Notes

Installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician to local code. Mount at least 72 in above the floor on a wall or 96 in on a ceiling, keep 3 ft clear in front of the heater, and do not install it above or in front of an outlet, or near a pool, shower or bathtub. Bromic does not allow these heaters on boats or recreational vehicles. In New York City, confirm your building's service voltage before ordering, since many buildings supply 208V.
