Installation Notes
Blaze requires installation on or in non-combustible construction, outdoors only, with 18 in to combustibles and never under combustible overhead construction. Under a non-combustible roof, cover the oven with a UL-listed vent hood with the fan 36 in above the cooking surface. Gas hookups should be made by a qualified installer; in New York City gas piping needs a licensed master plumber and permit, and propane cylinders are restricted on many terraces and rooftops. Do I need a cutout?
No. With the included countertop sleeve it sits on a non-combustible counter. Without the sleeve it can be built in with a 24-1/2 x 24-5/16 x 8-9/16 in cutout.
How hot does it get for pizza?
Blaze says the stone should reach 600 to 700 F for pizza.
Does it need electricity?
Yes. Plan a 15 A GFI-protected outlet for the display, stone rotation and light.
Can it roast as well as bake pizza?
Yes. It has a vertical rotisserie and meat probes for roasts, chicken and gyros.

Warranty
Blaze provides a lifetime limited warranty on the stainless steel housing, burners, valves and cooking components, and one year on electrical and ignition components. Registration with Blaze is required for coverage, and labor is not included.
