Description
Description
Overall Dimensions: 30" W x 28-1/2" D x 29" H
The Lynx Professional Napoli 30 inch natural gas outdoor pizza oven is a stainless steel oven that drops into an island or sits on a countertop, with a refractory dome and base and two infrared burners that bake an 18 inch pie. The cooking surface pulls forward so you can dress or pull a pizza without reaching into the heat.
It suits an outdoor kitchen that wants wood-fired style results on gas: 700 to 800 F on high, blue LED knob lighting and an interior halogen light for evening bakes, and a reversible exhaust stack that lets you aim the heat and smoke away from walls and guests.

Installation Notes
Build the opening or counter to the dimensions above, keep the factory clearances, and connect the fuel through the supplied regulator or a correctly sized regulated supply. Gas and electrical work should be done by a qualified installer. In New York City, gas work must be done by a licensed master plumber under a DOB permit, and propane tank storage carries FDNY rules, so confirm your fuel with us before you order. We install in NYC, Long Island, Westchester and New Jersey. Book a free design consultation and we will help you plan the layout, utilities and installation.
