The Delta Heat DHOC15D is a 15 in drop-in ice chest for an outdoor kitchen countertop: a 304 stainless steel bin with an insulated, gasketed lid that sits flush in the counter next to the grill, with a brass drain and plug so melt water runs out through the island instead of over the top. At 20 in deep it holds a full party load of drinks on ice without giving up a full cabinet bay.

The cooler drops into a cutout in the countertop and is supported by its flange. Leave clearance behind it for the lid to open fully, and plan where the drain will empty, either to a drain line or a container in the cabinet below. It is an ice chest, not a refrigerator, so it needs no electrical or gas connection.
