The Delta Heat DHTG32 is a 32 inch built-in teppanyaki griddle: a solid stainless cooking plate over two 18 gauge stainless U-burners totaling 37,000 BTU, with a removable grease trough and a stainless top cover. It sits in the same 30-1/2 inch cutout as Delta Heat's 32 inch grill, so it pairs naturally beside one in an island for pancakes, smash burgers, fried rice and stir-fry. It is offered in stainless or with a black or white control panel, on natural gas or propane.

Installation Notes

Delta Heat requires a non-combustible enclosure, as determined by the local authority, or the DHIJ32 insulation jacket. Keep 12 in to combustible construction at the sides and back, and do not install it under overhead combustible construction. Gas piping must meet local code or the National Fuel Gas Code; in New York City the gas connection must be made by a licensed master plumber under permit.
