The Delta Heat DHDD362-B is a 36 in outdoor kitchen storage combo that puts two extra deep drawers on the left and a wide access door on the right in one frame. The door opens onto the island interior for the gas shutoff, plumbing or bulk storage, while the drawers keep tools and utensils at hand, all in polished 304 stainless steel that matches Delta Heat grills.

Installation Notes

Frame the cutout square and to the dimensions above, then set the unit so its flange sits flat on the island face and fasten it through the frame. Leave the access door in front of the gas shutoff so it stays reachable, as most grill manufacturers require.

In New York City, gas piping to an outdoor kitchen requires a licensed master plumber and a DOB permit, and roof or terrace installations usually need building approval.

Per the current listing, Delta Heat warrants its fabricated stainless steel components against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for two years from the original date of purchase, and for 90 days in multi-user settings such as bed and breakfast inns and private clubs (commercial use excluded).
