Description
Description
Overall Dimensions: 25-1/8 x 22-7/8 x 12-1/8 in (W x H x D), per the Dimplex Revillusion brochure
The Dimplex Revillusion 24 in built-in electric firebox (REV24-WC) uses Dimplex's patented Revillusion flame and a translucent flame panel so the fire appears to rise from inside handcrafted Realogs, with a full-depth view into a weathered concrete interior. Sized for smaller openings, it plugs into a standard 120V outlet (or can be hardwired) and adds up to 5,118 BTU of supplemental heat.
Features
- Revillusion flame effect with a translucent panel that makes flames appear from within the logs
- Realogs handcrafted from real wood with internal LED lights, over an upgraded tumbled glass and black gravel ember bed
- Weathered Concrete interior backer, with mood lighting, brightness, flicker and an ambient light sensor
- Fan-forced ceramic heater, 1,500 W, for supplemental heat up to 1,000 sq ft, with built-in thermostat
- Flame-only and heater-only modes, timer, display, Flame Connect app, Mood-maker remote and hidden touch controls
- Plug-in installation, with the option to hardwire

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- REV24-WC Revillusion 24 in firebox with Realogs and ember bed media
- Mood-maker remote
- You will need: a framed opening or fireplace of at least 24-5/8 x 22-3/8 x 12-1/2 in and a 120V outlet, or a dedicated circuit if hardwiring
Installation Notes
Frame the opening to 24-5/8 in wide, 22-3/8 in high and 12-1/2 in deep, or confirm an existing fireplace opening is at least that size. The firebox plugs into a 120V outlet; a dedicated 15 A circuit is the safest choice for a heater of this size, and hardwiring is an option for a clean built-in.
Electric fireplaces need no chimney, vent or gas line, which makes them one of the few fireplace options most New York City co-op and condo boards approve. Any hardwired connection is electrical work for a licensed electrician in NYC.
