The Dometic DrawBar5C is a compressor-cooled wine drawer that holds five bottles in a 5.5 in tall drawer built into kitchen cabinetry, with a factory glass front with handle. It chills wine to one of five preset serving temperatures from 41 to 63 F and lights the bottles with a soft LED when the drawer opens, a compact way to keep a few bottles at serving temperature in a kitchen island or bar without giving up a full-height cabinet.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

  • Dometic DrawBar5C wine drawer with glass front and handle
  • Mounting plates, spacers, screws and baffle sponges; 2 manuals
  • You will need: a cabinet or niche to the installation dimensions, a grounded 110 to 120 V outlet within reach of the supply cord

Installation Notes

Prepare the cabinet with the two rear-corner ventilation cutouts and fit the baffle sponges, attach the mounting plates with the supplied spacers, plug in the cord, then secure the housing to the cabinet walls and set the drawer back on its rails. Dometic recommends a location with an ambient temperature of 80 F or less so the drawer can reach its lowest setting.

The DrawBar is designed for use inside enclosed buildings, so it is not an outdoor kitchen appliance.

Warranty

Dometic warrants the DrawBar to the original purchaser in the continental United States and Canada under its MoBar, DrawBar and Wine Coolers limited warranty: one year parts, labor and freight; parts only in year two; and three years on the sealed system (parts, labor and freight in year one, parts only in years two and three). Use beyond normal residential use, such as catering or bed and breakfast settings, is covered for 60 days. The product must be installed per Dometic instructions and the dated purchase receipt is required. See the warranty document for full terms.
