What Is Included and What You Will Need

  • Included: igniter rod and wire, push button, control module, mounting bracket and two 3/4 in. street elbows, per current listing
  • Required, sold separately: a key valve (KV12 or KV34), a CROSSFIRE burner and plate or pan

Installation Notes

Per the June 2026 manual, drill the plate so the igniter tip sits within .125 in. of the jet, mount the button in the bracket, connect the igniter wires, then test without gas and with gas. To light, hold the button and open the key valve. In New York City, outdoor gas fire features need NYC Fuel Gas Code and DOB approval, and residential propane is restricted by the NYC Fire Code.
