The EcoSmart Fire Round 20 Fire Pit Kit is a drop-in kit that turns a non-combustible table, bench or plinth into a round fire feature. A black high-temperature coated stainless tray holds either an AB8 bioethanol burner or a G16T gas burner for LP or natural gas, finished with black glass charcoal. Its compact single flame suits smaller, more intimate spaces.

Installation Notes

Check the tray against the cutout before building, since EcoSmart says tolerances must be confirmed first. Gas models are outdoor only and need the enclosure vents above; a hard-piped gas line must be installed by a qualified installer, which in New York City means a licensed master plumber under a DOB permit, and FDNY restricts propane cylinder storage and use. Ethanol indoors needs additional EcoSmart parts, so tell us at the time of order. Book a free design consultation and we will help you design the table and fuel setup.

What cutout do I need?

A 23.4 in round cutout, at least 8.5 in deep for ethanol or 6 in for hard-piped gas.

Can I use it indoors?

Only the ethanol version, and only with the additional indoor parts EcoSmart specifies. Gas is outdoor only.

How much heat does it give?

20,433 BTU/h on ethanol or 65,000 BTU/h on gas.

Does it need a table?

Yes. It drops into a non-combustible surface such as concrete, brick, stone or tile.

Warranty

Per the EcoSmart operations manual, stainless steel parts, including black ceramic coated, carry a 2-year limited warranty from purchase, and other listed materials carry 1 year. Chips and scratches are not covered.
