The American Fyre Designs Voro Cube (series 726) is a compact GFRC gas fire table that brings the sculpted Voro texture to a 26 inch square footprint. It is sized for a small terrace, a courtyard corner or a pair of lounge chairs, where a full-size fire table would crowd the space. Each piece is cast in GFRC by American Fyre Designs and finished by hand in Smoke, Cafe Blanco or Black Lava.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

  • Included per AFD: fire table with burner and valve system and the required base lava granules
  • Primary media, sold separately: about 10 lb of AFD lava or 10 lb of AFD glass or gems for the Voro Cube
  • Propane: a cylinder (not included). The AFD manual describes horizontal 20 lb DOT or 11 lb low profile steel cylinders for its storage door models and warns a vertical cylinder must never be run on its side, so we confirm the correct cylinder for the Voro Cube at order
  • Natural gas: a gas line run by a licensed plumber with an accessible shut-off within 6 ft
  • Optional: the 8132A protective cover and the accessories suggested below

Installation Notes

For outdoor use only, and installation should be done by an NFI certified or other qualified installer. Natural gas needs 5 to 10.5 in w.c. at the inlet and propane 11 to 13 in w.c. Keep 3 ft of side clearance and 6 ft of overhead clearance, and do not place it under overhead construction lower than 6 ft above the table. In New York City, gas work must be done by a licensed master plumber under a DOB permit, and propane tank storage in the city carries FDNY rules, so confirm the fuel with us before you order. Does the propane tank fit inside?

Propane models store the cylinder in the base. We confirm the correct cylinder type with American Fyre Designs before shipping.

How much media do I need?

About 10 lb of lava or 10 lb of glass or gems on top of the included base granules.

Can I use it under a pergola?

Only if there is at least 6 ft between the top of the table and the structure above.

Can I burn wood in it?

No. Solid fuel must not be burned in the unit, and doing so voids the warranty.

Warranty

R.H. Peterson warrants American Fyre Designs GFRC fire features and stainless burners for three years, and electrical components, valves, accessories and controls (excluding batteries, wind guards and screens) for one year, for the original purchaser in single family residential use with proof of purchase. Labor is not covered, and rust, corrosion or discoloration are excluded unless the part becomes inoperable.
