What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: BRICKMI25CR refractory kit (left, right, back and base panels)
- Required: a Majestic Trilliant 25 or Ruby 25 gas insert
Installation Notes
Have a qualified technician install it per the kit instructions and fireplace manual. The base panel goes in first, then the back, then the sides, with the hand-bend tabs folded down to hold them. The insert's standard hearth refractory is not used with the BRICKMI kit (Ruby owner's manual). Handle panels with care; refractory can chip if dropped. In New York City, gas fireplaces and inserts are installed under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed master plumber, with DOB filing where required.
