The Aquafire Box 20 in Expansion Box adds 20 in of width to an Aquafire Box modular firebox, so a water vapor fireplace wall can run longer than the stock sizes. Aquafire makes it in the United States from steel, with its own back panel, back top panel and light trap, and it attaches to the adjoining firebox section.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

  • One 20 in Expansion Box with its panels and hardware
  • You will need: a base Aquafire Box, an Aquafire fireplace, framing and sheetrock screws (sold separately)

Installation Notes

Frame the wall to the Aquafire table for your base box and add 20 in of opening width for each expansion box. As an example, Aquafire gives a 56-1/4 in opening for the 52 in box and 76-1/4 in with one expansion box. Attach the back panel, back top panel and light trap, join the sections, then fix the box into the framing.

No. It is the expansion section only.

Warranty
