The EcoSmart Fire Daiquiri 70 is a low, nearly 6-foot-long Fluid Concrete fire table that you can order with an ethanol burner or a gas burner for plumbed natural gas or propane. It suits owners who want a long, clean-lined fire feature that doubles as a table, indoors on the ethanol version or outdoors on any fuel. Three concrete finishes and two burner colors let you match the patio or living space.

  • Ethanol: e-NRG bioethanol fuel; for indoor use the Indoor Safety Tray, which must be specified when ordering
  • Natural gas needs a line run by a licensed plumber; propane needs a cylinder placed per the burner manual
  • Optional from EcoSmart: glass fire screen, All Seasons cover, silicone burner cover, glass cover plate and a propane tank table

Installation Notes

Set the table on a level, non-combustible surface, never over grass, carpet or rock, and keep at least 0.5 inch of air space under the sidewalls using the feet. Gas models are for outdoor use only. In NYC, 20 lb propane cylinders are allowed at one- and two-family homes (two per property) but not on balconies, roofs or yards of buildings with three or more units, and natural gas lines are run by a licensed plumber under permit. Can I use the ethanol version indoors?

EcoSmart rates the ethanol burner for indoor and outdoor use, but indoor use requires additional parts such as the Indoor Safety Tray and a minimum room size of 3,884 cubic feet per burner.

Can the gas version go indoors?

No. EcoSmart lists LP and NG models for outdoor use only.

How much heat does it put out?

The ethanol burner is rated 15,000 BTU/h and heats about 645 sq. ft. on average indoors per EcoSmart. The gas burner is rated up to 65,000 BTU/h.

Warranty

Per the EcoSmart operations manual, the warranty is 2 years from purchase on stainless steel parts, including black ceramic coated, and 1 year on mild steel, cement, glass, leather, fabric, teak and MDF. Chips, scratches and non-structural hairline cracks in Fluid Concrete are not covered. In heavy snow areas, the winter cover is required to keep coverage.
