The Majestic Marquis II 36 (MARQ36IN-B) is a traditional single-sided direct vent gas fireplace with seven ceramic fiber split logs, LED accent lights and electric embers, and a 35-7/8 x 31-1/16 inch ClearView ceramic glass view, rated 44,000 BTU on natural gas.
Every configuration here includes the required firescreen front (Charcoal, Bronze or Pewter) and interior panels (Tavern Brown brick, Tavern Brown herringbone, or reflective black glass walls with hearth brick); add the LPKMARQ36 kit for propane.

- Required: Majestic DVP or SLP direct vent pipe and termination, sold separately
- Required for propane: LPKMARQ36 (select in the options)
Installation Notes
Install by a qualified gas fitter to the Majestic MARQ36IN-B installation manual, including framing, mantel clearances, venting and the electrical connection.

Hearth & Home Technologies limited warranty (Marquis II owner's manual): the firebox and heat exchanger are covered for 20 years parts and 3 years labor; burners, logs and metal/fiber refractory for 10 years parts and 1 year labor; glass, modules, remotes and wall switches, valves, pilots, blowers, junction box and lights for 2 years; all other parts for 1 year. Refer to the manual for conditions and exclusions.
