Installation Notes
Modern Flames states the Allwood system installs on any permanent wall with support and electricity. Plan the outlet location before installation, check that the wall can carry the system and a TV, and use the fireplace manufacturer's instructions for the electric fireplace itself. Electric fireplaces need no gas line or venting, which makes them one of the simplest fireplace options for New York City apartments and co-ops, subject to building and board approval for the electrical work. Book a free design consultation and we will help you plan the layout, utilities and installation.
