The SOLAS FORTY8 Slim-Line Built-In (48N-ST) is a 48-inch see-thru linear direct vent gas fireplace with a 49 x 12-1/2 inch viewing area and an industry-leading 12-inch depth, rated 26,000 to 16,000 BTU/hr on natural gas, viewed from two rooms at once.
It comes with the SOLAS One-Touch thermostatic remote, a variable-speed comfort blower on each side, reflective porcelain enamel liners, clear and black reflective glass media and an integrated mesh safety screen.

SOLAS Limited Lifetime Warranty (installation manual): the fireplace body and firebox are covered for workmanship defects causing loss of structural integrity, and ceramic glass against thermal breakage, for the original owner; the burner is covered for three years; gas and electrical components, comfort blowers and remote controls for one year; porcelain firebox liners for one year against thermal-stress cracking. SOLAS pays its prevailing labor rates for covered repairs. Refer to the manual for exclusions.
