The Majestic Trilliant 25 is a direct vent gas insert that turns an existing masonry or factory-built wood fireplace into an efficient gas fire. It is the smallest of the three Trilliant sizes, with a 22-1/2 in. x 12-7/16 in. viewing area, a variable speed fan and a touchscreen remote, and it suits compact fireplace openings where you want real heat without the mess of wood.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included per the installation manual: insert with refractory kit and 7-log set, glass seal plate, cord assembly and transformer, 3 in. flexible vent pipes with termination cap, and a multi-purpose tool
- Required: a decorative front and a surround, both selected in the options above (operation without a front is prohibited)
- Required: a gas line with manual shutoff, 300 degree F rated caulk, and a qualified installer to run the liner
- Fuel: the listing is natural gas with an LP conversion kit; propane conversion must be done by a qualified technician with approved parts
- Note: accent lights are not available on the 25 in. model
Installation Notes
The Trilliant 25 installs into an existing fireplace that meets the minimum opening above, with a flexible liner run up the chimney to a vertical termination. Gas and venting work must be done by a licensed installer, and clearances to mantels and walls depend on the surround you choose. In New York City, direct vent gas inserts must meet the NYC Fuel Gas Code and need a permitted installation. Can the Trilliant 25 go in any fireplace?
It needs a masonry or UL 127 factory-built fireplace that meets the minimum opening dimensions, with a sound noncombustible chimney that can take the flexible liner.
Does it need electricity?
Yes. The IntelliFire Touch control uses a 110 to 120 VAC cord assembly with a transformer, and battery backup keeps the fire running during an outage.
Does the 25 in. model have accent lights?
No. Majestic offers accent lights only on the larger Trilliant sizes.
