The Alfa Futuro 4 Pizze in White Stone is a large-format gas pizza oven with a stainless front, a glass door and a 31.5 x 23.6 inch HeatKeeper firebrick floor that bakes four 12 inch pizzas at once. It reaches 1000 F (500 C) in about 30 minutes.

Choose propane or natural gas by variant, and add Alfa's Futuro 4 Pizze Hybrid Kit later if you want to cook with wood as well.

Installation Notes

This is an outdoor oven. Alfa calls for at least 8 in. (20 cm) from walls and other equipment, 20 in. (50 cm) around the flue and about 3 ft (1 m) clear above the oven, on a flat, stable surface away from wind. Gas hookup should be made by a licensed installer; in NYC a natural gas connection is made by a licensed plumber under permit.
