This package pairs the Broilmaster B-Series 32 inch gas griddle (BSB322GP, propane) with the BSACT32 stainless cart, so it rolls into place and cooks without an island. The fully welded stainless flat plate gives you 462 sq in for smash burgers, breakfast for a crowd, fajitas and fried rice, with a backsplash and drip trough built in. Two stainless U-shaped burners heat the plate, with a 36,000 BTU total rating.

Installation Notes
For outdoor use only. Keep 16 in from the sides and back to combustible construction, never use the griddle under overhead combustible construction, and plug it only into a grounded GFI-protected circuit. Broilmaster also says never to use it in a garage, porch, shed or breezeway, or on a balcony, deck or patio above the ground floor of your home. In New York City, FDNY restricts propane cylinder storage and use, so most city installs run on natural gas; ask us before ordering the LP model for a city address. Can I build it into an island later?
Yes. The BSB322G is also a drop-in head: Broilmaster lists an 8-1/2 x 20-1/2 x 31 in cutout in a non-combustible island, or its insulated sleeve for combustible framing.
How big is the cooking surface?
462 sq in of fully welded flat plate.
Do I need the hose and regulator?
For a 20 lb tank, yes: add the B069756 low pressure hose and regulator option.
Can I use it on a roof deck?
No. Broilmaster says never to use the griddle on a balcony, deck or patio above the ground floor.

Warranty
Empire Comfort Systems warrants the Broilmaster BSB322G griddle to the original purchaser: limited lifetime against rust-through on the stainless griddle housing, stainless griddle, carts, drip pans and built-in components (one-time replacement); five years against rust-through on flame tamers, heat zone partitions and infrared burners; and one year on valves, knobs, ignitors, hoses, fittings and all other parts. Service calls, labor and freight are not covered.
