The Fire Magic Aurora 30-inch built-in gas griddle gives a grill island a flat-top cooking surface for breakfast, smash burgers and stir fries. Two U-burners heat the full plate, hot surface ignition lights it, and LED lights let you cook after dark. A cover is included to protect the plate between uses.

Build the island cutout at 31-1/4 in W x 23-1/2 in D x 11-1/2 in H per the Fire Magic spec guide, and bring a 110/120V supply to the ignition. A qualified professional must install it, and NYC and Long Island jobs need the proper permits. In New York City, gas work for an outdoor grill must be done by a licensed master plumber under permit.
