The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond Black Glass Gourmet Griddle on cart is a 30-inch stainless flat-top on Fire Magic's portable cart, styled to match the 2024 Echelon Black Glass series. Two U-burners give 45,000 BTU across two independent zones on a 3/8-inch stainless plate.

It cooks breakfast, smash burgers or fajitas for a crowd, about 24 burgers at a time, and rolls away when you are done.

Installation Notes

Assemble the cart, mount the griddle and keep the clearances in the Fire Magic manual. Use outdoors only. A natural gas connection should be made by a licensed plumber; in NYC that work is done under permit.

How many zones does it have?

Two. Each U-burner has its own control, so you can sear on one side and hold food warm on the other.

Does it need power?

Yes. The hot surface ignition and blue LED lights need a standard 120V outlet.

Is there a built-in version?

Yes. Fire Magic sells the same black glass griddle as a 30-inch built-in for outdoor kitchens.
