The Wildfire Ranch Pro 30 inch griddle on its own cart is a ready-to-roll flat top for patios and decks where there is no outdoor kitchen island. Two U-shaped stainless burners heat a 526 sq in plate for breakfast, hibachi style dinners, grilled sandwiches and quesadillas. It is a good fit if you want a flat top without building a cutout, and you can choose natural gas or propane and a stainless or black finish.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

• Included: the 30 inch Ranch Pro griddle, the matching Wildfire griddle cart, and the fuel regulator supplied with the griddle (a 20 lb cylinder regulator on propane models, a 1/2 in regulator on natural gas models).
• Needed for propane: a standard 20 lb propane cylinder, bought and filled separately.
• Needed for natural gas: a licensed installer, a shut-off valve and a gas hose; the hose is not included.
• Needed for the lights: a 120 V outlet, on a GFCI protected circuit.

Installation Notes

Use this griddle outdoors only, in a well-ventilated space, away from trees and shrubs, and never in a garage, shed or enclosed area. Keep at least 24 in from combustible materials, and do not place it under combustible construction unless an approved outdoor-rated ventilation hood is installed above. The manual says natural gas connections must be made by a licensed contractor or the local gas company, and the cart guide has assembly steps for the wheels, side shelves and door handles. Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a built-in griddle?

This listing is the 30 inch Ranch Pro griddle sold on its own cart for freestanding use. The same griddle head is also sold separately for built-in islands.

Does it run on natural gas or propane?

Either. Pick the fuel when you order. The manual warns never to connect a natural gas unit to propane or the reverse, and says to contact your dealer before any conversion.

How big is the cooking surface?

Total burner output is 35,000 BTU over two burners, heating a 27 7/8 by 18 7/8 inch plate (526 sq in).

Can I use it in windy spots?

The manual says never to use the griddle in windy conditions and calls for a wind break in consistently windy areas.

Warranty

Wildfire's griddle manual describes a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, covering defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use, and excluding surface corrosion, scratches and discoloration. Wildfire's 2026 warranty terms, which also cover griddles, add a one-year labor credit for pre-approved repairs submitted through the selling dealer, require product registration and proof of purchase before a claim, and are void for rental or commercial use.
