This package pairs the Gozney Arc XL propane pizza oven in Bone with the Arc and Arc XL rolling stand, so the oven arrives with a cart that holds it at cooking height and carries the gas tank. The Arc XL bakes a 16 in pizza in about 60 seconds using a lateral rolling flame from a 17,500 BTU/hr burner across a 20 mm cordierite stone, and the stand adds locking casters, acacia side wings and tool hooks.

Installation Notes
Gozney designs the Arc XL for outdoor use only. Fasten the oven to the stand with the easy-turn fastener, set the stand on level ground with the casters locked, and keep 30 cm (about 12 in) clear at the back and sides and 100 cm (about 39 in) in front of combustible materials. Connect the supplied hose and regulator to the propane cylinder on the stand platform and leak test every connection before first use.

Warranty
Gozney covers the Arc XL with a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty from the date of original purchase, extended to five (5) years when the oven is registered within 60 days of purchase; under the extended term the stone floor and electrical components are covered for two (2) years. Accessories carry one (1) year. Proof of purchase is required, commercial purchases receive the one-year term only, and wear and tear, cosmetic heat tarnishing, hairline stone cracks, improper storage and the wrong fuel are excluded (Gozney warranty policy).
