The Hestan AGPB24 Built-In Power Burner adds high-output pot and wok cooking to an outdoor kitchen island, with a 50,000 BTU stainless tubular outer burner and a 20,000 BTU brass inner burner that turns down to a 1,650 BTU simmer. Lift out the DiamondCut center grate to set a 14 to 20 inch wok over the flame. This propane model comes in Steeletto stainless or any of Hestan's eleven signature colors to match a Hestan grill.

Installation Notes
The power burner must go in a non-combustible island with the clearances and ventilation openings above, and it is approved for outdoor use only. Remove the metal cover before lighting. Install it to local codes or, without them, the National Fuel Gas Code ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54 and the National Electrical Code. Propane cylinders are restricted in many New York City buildings and outdoor spaces, so confirm what your building and the FDNY allow before ordering a propane model. Can I use a wok on it?
Yes. Remove the DiamondCut center grate for a 14" to 20" wok, and use the outer burner rather than the inner burner for wok cooking.
What cutout does it need?
23-1/4" wide, 22-1/2" deep and 11-1/8" high, in a non-combustible island.
Does it need electricity?
Yes. The spark ignition and LED lighting need a 120V, 1 amp supply.
Can it go in a wood-framed island?
No. Hestan requires a fully non-combustible enclosure, including the framing under the countertop.

Warranty
Per the Hestan outdoor limited warranty in the power burner manual: one (1) year on the product against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, with extended coverage of lifetime on the stainless body and grates and five (5) years on manifolds, gas valves and sealed burner assemblies, where applicable. Extended coverage is limited to replacement parts; labor, shipping and handling are the purchaser's cost. Color variation and cosmetic damage are not covered.
