The Fire Magic 1D-S0 bar caddy slides into a 14 1/4 in opening beside the grill and gives you an insulated ice bin, two stainless bottle or condiment holders and a pull-out drawer in one 304 stainless unit. With the optional 3565 heater accessory, the same caddy becomes a hot food station that keeps sides warm in steamer pans over chafing dish fuel.

Installation Notes

Check the opening, then slide the caddy into place. Set the five insulation pieces on the bottom and against the sides, place the splash pan, then the top, cover and holder pans. No gas or power is needed.

To use it as a food warmer with the 3565 accessory, remove the insulation, fill the splash pan with 2 to 3 in of warm water, set the steamer pans in place, and light the chafing dish fuel in the drawer support. Never burn the fuel with the drawer open, and let the water cool before emptying it.
