The Kenyon Texan B70420WH is a built-in 240V electric grill with two independently controlled cooking zones under a single lid, run from Kenyon's Lite Touch ceramic glass control. Because it burns no gas or charcoal, it is a common choice for New York City terraces, rooftops and outdoor kitchens where open-flame grills are restricted. This version has holes in the flange for mounting to a wood or other soft countertop; Kenyon's manual describes a flange that accepts nine oval head wood screws.

Installation Notes
Kenyon requires at least 2 in between the bottom of the grill and any combustible surface below, cabinet vent openings for fresh air and hot air, and 30 in of clearance to an unprotected cabinet above. Seal the cutout edge under the flange with a non-adhesive such as plumber's putty so the grill can be removed later. In New York City, the 240V circuit should be installed by a licensed electrician.
