- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

The Kingsman LOGF30 is the 30 in fibre split oak log set for the Kingsman GLVF24 vented and vent-free gas log burner. The burner and log set are sold separately; the LOGF30 includes the 30 in log supports the larger set needs.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- LOGF30 log set with 30 in log supports
- You will need: a GLVF24 burner (manual or millivolt, NG or LP) and a fireplace that meets the minimum size
Installation Notes
Attach the 30 in log support plate to the burner grate with two 6-32 x 5/16 in screws, then place the logs in the order shown in the GLVF24 manual. A qualified gas installer should set up the burner.
Vent-free gas appliances cannot be installed in New York City under the NYC Fuel Gas Code. We sell this model for installations outside the five boroughs where local code allows it.

Does it include a burner?
No. The GLVF24 burner is sold separately.
Will it fit my fireplace?
Kingsman requires at least 28 in back width, 38 in front width, 13-1/2 in depth and 18-3/4 in height for the LOGF30.

Warranty
Kingsman's Basic One Year Warranty in the GLVF24 manual replaces any component found defective in materials or workmanship during the first year after installation, including labor at Kingsman's rate schedule, through an authorized Kingsman dealer. Gasketing, paint and accent bulbs are excluded. The burner carries the Kingsman Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner.
