- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

Description
The Kingsman WMBH moves the backup battery pack of a Kingsman or Marquis IPI fireplace to a convenient wall location. Kingsman manuals describe it as a battery holder and mode selector switch only, not a remote receiver, for Proflame 1 and Proflame 2 IPI models, with a 16 ft harness, and not for use with power vents.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: battery holder, DCHS bracket, cover plate and 16 ft harness (manual)
- Optional accessory; replaces the original battery holder location
- Required: a Kingsman IPI fireplace with Proflame 1 or 2
Installation Notes
Per the manual, mount on a stud with the DCHS bracket so the face sits out 1/2 in., cut a 2 x 4-1/8 in. drywall hole within 16 ft of the valve, and never plug the original battery holder into the WMBH harness. On Proflame 2 set the switch to REMOTE. In New York City, gas fireplaces and inserts are installed under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed master plumber, with DOB filing where required.

Is it a remote receiver?
No. Kingsman says it is a battery holder and mode switch only.
Can I use it with a power vent?
No. The manual says not for use with power vents.
